We will dive deep into exploration of yoga and its layers of asana, mediation, pranayama and various workshops. Through creative and dynamic flows, aerial yoga and restorative gentle evening practices we connect with our true self and begin the process of opening, releasing and surrendering.

This retreat is going to take you on a transformational journey to the core of yourself to unveil the beauty, power and strength that is within you. 

We will be staying at the most magical Udara Spa Resort - an integral healing resort, blending seamlessly into its stunning natural surroundings. On the shores of the Indian Ocean, the resort features a beautiful Yoga shala with ocean views, and a spa with warm water Watsu floating pools, a Finnish sauna, herbal steam room, hot jacuzzi and ice water plunge as well as a meditation cave. These healing modalities, and the surrounding lush natural environment of the Indian Ocean shoreline, provide a serene backdrop for natural healing and will support us in deep releasing, cleansing and becoming more radiant and light.

Program Inclusions

  • 4 morning and 4 afternoon classes with Aleksandra or gues teachers

  • 3 aerial yoga sessions (upper shala and beach on bamboo tripods)

  • 4 x light breakfast (fruits, juice, coffee, tea), brunch and dinner (vegetarian/vegan buffet)

  • 1 day excursion: Mount Batur hike and visit to Tirta Empul – Hindu  water temple

  • Unlimited access to water healing pool, Finish sauna, herbal steam room, hot jacuzzi, ice water plunge and meditation cave

  • One 60 min complimentary massage at the spa

  • Free access to all activities, classes and events happening at Udara during the time of the retreat

  • Plenty of time to relax and explore the nearby Bali attractions

Aleksandra Milewicz

Founder of Bamboo Yoga

Aleksandra is the founder of Bamboo Yoga, yoga teacher and entrepreneur. She is a life-long student, traveller, seeker, adventurer, music and dance lover and a curious human being. Passionate about nutrition, plant-based and conscious living. In her classes she aims to guide students through the practice looking for expression of feelings from the inside, where they lose themselves in a state of flow and connect with the deepest part of them. For Aleks, yoga is a powerful healing tool to release the tensions and find the body-mind-spirit connection, locate space in the body which ultimately leads to space in the head.

Chris Walker

Yoga Teacher + Mentor to Men

Chris Walker is loving student of yoga and is grateful to be able to share this love teaching around the world. Originally from California, he now calls Bali his home. From yin to creative vinyasa to power flow to tantra hatha he loves it all and teaches what he loves. Yoga is union. There can be no right or wrong union, so there can be no right or wrong yoga. 

Shae Eloise Lamond

Women's Coach + Aerial Yoga Teacher

Shae Eloise is an Australian feminine guide, yoga teacher and dance-lover living in Bali. Through her work ‘Claiming Feminine’, she helps women connect with their feminine side to find more power and passion in life through online coaching and immersions, and her own retreats in Bali for women. Her greatest joy is to empower women to be their fullest, most powerful selves.

 

Shae’s Sky Yoga Aerial class is a dynamic blend of juicy stretch, challenging postures, acrobatic movement, and feminine flow. You’ll feel more open in your body and mind, experience the magic of inversion therapy, and you’ll build your confidence as you’ll do things that you may have never realized that your body could do.

Rodolfo Young

Master Coach & Motivational Speaker

Rodolfo is a former US Army Special Ops soldier turned Inspirational Speaker and Heart Coach. He spent two years diving deep into silent practice, while continuing to coach, teach, and travel and from it developed his core philosophy of Acceptance, Permission, and Expression that he shares globally on his mission to Inspire 1 Million Hearts to live in Brilliance

Workshop: The 3 Power Steps of Manifesting 

~ Finding Clarity ~  Planting a Seed ~ Nourishing the Soil ~ 

 

In this workshop we will take a step back and prepare first the best soil for you to plant the seeds of what you want to manifest. In other words, we must first work on your beliefs, mindsets, emotions, and energetic body before even beginning the process of attraction and manifestation. We will use breathwork, NLP, inspired conversation and my signature A.P.E. approach to cultivate a super fertile ground and foundation for all your powerful goals and manifestations.

Activities

There will be a generous amount of free time for you to take in the beauty and wonders of Bali. Nature hikes; temple visits; shopping, surfing or blissing out on one of many local beaches, are just some of the other activities you can pursue during the retreat. Please contact the Udara front desk to arrange for excursions.

Spa

Enjoy unlimited access to the incredible Udara jungle-inspired Spa and one complimentary 60min Balinese massage during your stay! The facilities include a sauna, steam room, hot and cold plunge pools, swimming pool with pool bar access, warm water Watsu pool, meditation cave, spa treatment room and outside relaxing area with bean bags and lounge chairs. Massages can be arranged through the front desk.

Food

The restaurant serves Asian and Western cuisine fresh from the earth and sea, with a focus on healthy, fresh and organic vegan and vegetarian dishes. We will enjoy early morning pre-practice juices and fruits, followed by a nutritious brunch and post evening class dinner.
